Dawnroll

Terms

Draft, pending attorney review

Dawnroll is a disposable camera for an event. The host creates the roll, guests take a limited number of shots, and the photos stay hidden until the reveal time.

Guests are photographing other people. The host can see the photos and can remove them. Photos are kept for the event tier's access window, then deleted. The date is shown before you shoot and on the album.

The host is responsible for getting parent or guardian consent. Don't photograph a minor without it.

A guest can delete their own shots. That does not refund the shot. Someone who appears in a photo can ask the host to delete it. The host decides.

The host pays for the event tier. Guest caps, shot limits, and how long the album stays open come from that tier.

These terms are a draft for the product. They are not a finished legal agreement.
