Draft, pending attorney review

Photos you take are shared with the event host and may include other guests. You are photographing other people.

Before the first shot, Dawnroll asks you to accept a short notice. That acceptance is stored on your guest row with the time and the notice version.

They stay in a private album until the event's reveal time. Before then, guests cannot open them. The host can see them, and can hide or delete them.

After the reveal, the host can see the whole roll and you can see the shots you took. You can delete your own shots before or after the reveal. Deleting one does not give the shot back.

Anyone who appears in a photo can ask the host to remove it. The host approves that from their event page, which deletes the photo, or dismisses the request.

How long photos are kept depends on the event tier. Party keeps them for 30 days after the reveal, Celebration for 90 days, and Wedding for one year. The album and the consent screen show the deletion date. An event with no tier has no automatic deletion date.

The host is responsible for getting parent or guardian consent. Don't photograph a minor without it.

On your first shot you can optionally give an email. Dawnroll uses it once, when the roll develops, to send your album link and a note about hosting your own event. Unsubscribe from that email in one click.
